But the problem is if too many people ring the call centre with simple questions, the customers with real problems end up waiting too long. O2 realised this and asked us to help alleviate the problem.

O2 came to us when they wanted to update a demo for their online billing functions. They wanted to reduce the number of calls to the O2 call centre and ensure the demo met O2's new accessibility guidelines.

We developed their existing HTML demo by providing intuitive step-by-step instructions showing exactly how O2's online billing function works. Our solution was fluid, easily resized and met their high level accessibility guidelines which were on a par with RNIB See it Right guidelines.
